Spanish churros recipe?

no one knows a recipe for Spanish churros that works (perhaps a Spanish cookbook)? I tried a recipe online and it was wrong.

Spanish Churros by the editors of Easy Home Cooking Magazine Yield: Makes about three dozen cookies Ingredients: 1 cup water 1 / 4 cup (1 / 2 stick) butter 6 tablespoons sugar, divided 1 / 4 cup teaspoon salt 1 cup flour 2 eggs Vegetable oil for frying 1 tsp teaspoon ground cinnamon Directions: 1. Place water, butter, 2 tablespoons sugar and salt in a medium saucepan, bring to a boil over high heat. Remove from heat and add flour. Beat with a spoon until the dough into a ball and the release of the mold wall. Beat vigorously in eggs, one at a time, until mixture is smooth. Pour into pastry bag fitted with large star tip. Tube 3×1 inch strips of wax paper-lined cookie sheet. Freeze 20 minutes. 2. Pour the oil plant in a pan with 3/4-inch of 10 inches deep. Heat oil to 375 degrees F. Transfer frozen dough in hot oil with wide spatula. Fry churros 4 or 5 to time until golden, 3-4 minutes, turning once. Remove fritters with a slotted spoon to paper towels to drain. 3. Other Mix 4 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon. Place in a paper bag. Add hot churros, one at a time, close bag and shake until coated churros with sugar mixture. Remove to wire rack. Repeat remaining sugar mixture and cool completely churros. Store airtight at room temperature or in freezer up to 3 months.
