visit to our unique Spanish setting of Tapas Restaurant, we will guide
you through this very special and exciting event.
In addition to
planning the food and beverage arrangements for your reception, we can
coordinate and provide you with Music, Flowers, Invitations and Specialty
Linens.
Our Banquet room
set with Dining Tables, Head Table, Gift Table, Guest Book, Dance Floor,
and Table Numbers, is included in the price per person. Our expert staff
and banquet coordinator will attend to your guests every need.
Hours of
Wedding Reception
Daytime events are scheduled from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Evening events may be coordinated
Confirmation
of Space/Deposit/Payments
An initial non-refundable deposit of 30% of estimated charges is
required to confirm your date. The final guarantee of attendance and
final payment is due three business days prior to your Wedding in the
form of a cashiers check.
Estimates/Services
Charge and Sales Tax
We suggest that your budget $25 - $45 per person. All food and beverage
must be provided by Tapas Restaurant. A taxable 17% service charge and
7.75% sales tax is added to all food and beverage.
Parking
Self parking is available for your guests. Valet parking may be
available at additional charge.
Linens
Complimentary white or royal blue linen. Specialty fabrics or linens
are available upon request at additional charge.

To ensure your
family and friends of a most memorable day, Tapas Restaurant and our
staff of professional wedding coordinators take responsibility of the
entire coordination of your reception.

Below is a list
of wedding coordinator duties which are performed at the following events.
Initial Consultation
Meet with Bride and Groom to establish a rapport
Discuss a basic overview of the Wedding Plans
Prior to Rehearsal
Send a schedule of events to all professionals
Confirm services with all professionals (i.e. arrival time, directions)
Ceremony and reception checklist
Rehearsal
Arrive 1/2 hour early to greet the bridal party
Distribute a schedule of events to the bridal party
Indicate standing positions
Instruct ushers on greeting guests and escorting procedures
Review arrival time and location
Reception
Organize presentation of the Bridal Party
Organize music for entrance of guests and Wedding Party
Assist the photographer and/or videographer to locate special people
Assist your guests to the proper seating arrangements
Assist in First Dance
Assist in Money Dance
Oversee cutting of the cake, toast by the best man, garter and bouquet
toss
